Features

Production Manufacturing Department 1 is designing and manufacturing press dies for ordinary products, especially automotive ones. The dies manufactured by this section include almost all types of press dies, including single dies for punching, bending and drawing and transfer and progressive dies. Especially, transfer dies designed for bending and drawing are predominant, accounting to about 80% of all orders. We have 200-ton and 500-ton trial presses.It is also possible to three-dimensionally measure trial products. We aim to manufacture dies requiring no finishing work, using numerically controlled production and management tools such as press-forming simulation[JSTAMP] for process analysis, CAD/CAM for designing and 3D CAD/CAM for DNC machining.
